I have a fresh cucumber cilantro salsa but I don't know what it goes good with. Help?
All I can think of is mexi Greek fusion but I've never heard of any such foods. It's almost a tsatsiki.

I want some. I love that flavor combination and cilantro goes so well with steak, chicken especially and seafood.You can use that as a beautiful marinade for grilled steak or chicken (throw some soy sauce on it and cook), Any Mexican dish (fish tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, taquito dip, taco salads). Add some sour cream to it and use it as a dip for sesame breadsticks, pita, or chips. Or add it to guacamole. A lot more options but that gives you a start.
Where did you get it btw? I would love some to use and experiment with. Such great flavors together.
