The name "Nicholson" alone just sounds like a half-assed homage to Jack Nicholson. Should be changed no doubt. Given that the only thing you've told us about the movie is the setting and an actor you want in the part, it's nearly impossible to make an informed decision regarding the quality. The setting does sound good, I don't know of any WW2 movies in Burma, a lot of potential there.
