How cold is it actually?
During todays game at Minnesota, They are talking about the temperature being a balmy 4 degrees. To me 32 degrees F is freezing. So how can 4 degrees be balmy when it is 28 degrees below freezing?

LOL it's called sarcasm, they call it 'balmy' because it could be a little colder so relative to the coldest it could be 4 degrees is warm, but of course relative to an average day anywhere in the continental US 4 degrees is quite cold.
