Why isn't Real Madrid winning any titles recently? Barcelona has the MSN= South America and Real Madrid has the BBC=Europe?
Today, I was thinking Why hasn't Real Madrid won any titles recently? and got to the conclusion that they want to be Individual, The debate, Ronaldo wants to be the soul of the team meaning no teamwork, only individual work, you will probably say that he has more assists than any other player in the team but he sometimes doesn't celebrate when other player makes a goal for his team plus there has been reports that the media doesn't want to say that Bale is the most expensive transfer in the world when interviewing Ronaldo, in the other hand, In Barcelona, Messi, Neymar and Suarez play as a unit and support each other in or outside of the field. They are supportive of each other even when they are asked who's your top 3 players that you would select for the Balon D'or? They always picked each other. So whats your opinion on why hasn't Real Madrid found any success recently?

Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player Real Madrid had, and its a shame he had to play for this Real Madrid, with this gloryhunting Madrid fans. Madrid who didnt win a decent trophy since 2002, just himself he cannot win the team trophies. Its a wasted talent even tho without him Madrid would have never won the 10th Cl win in 2013. There was never a player out there who won a trophy by himself, but with Ronaldo it seems he expected to do so. I guess a one man team will always blame that one player.@pepe.
But to answer the question, its simply because Madrid has no particular philosophy while Barcelona does.
Barcelona doesnt buy players, doesnt change the philosphy (tika taka) and the players are used to it. While Madrid keeps changing managers. They HAD a shot with Mourinho since he managed to find a way to stop Barcelona but it was too late, so he left.
Barcelona will keep on winning.

i agree that CR is a HUGE obstacle that holds the team back. when RM won the CL he really was on the very periphery of the team while modric, ramos di maria, benzema and to a lesser extent bale did the business, and RMs best wins, results and performances including yesterdays improved showing came about when ronaldo was bypassed by the team
bale, benzema, modric, hamez..these players are just much more dynamic than CR
