Is yahoo answers available worldwide? if not what countries do not have it?

Just curious when people say they are from certain regions of the world

    Yahoo answers is i'm sure world wide and lots of countries can access it but there are many who probably can't as some governments sensor their internet and sites.

    So for example I am pretty sure North Korea doesn't have a yahoo answers, or don't have as they sensor their internet and basically ban their citizens from going on. It really depends on the country and their government and usually the ones who are ban their citizens from using internet or sites are mostly the communist countries, I mean not all but some

    yahoo itself is avaialable in most countries

    it has pages in most langages

    which would include yahoo answers in multilpe languages

    They don't call it the "World Wide Web" for nothing. Unless your country censors it, you can access it.
