How do I restore my Download List?

I have Windows 7. I deleted my Download List, that is in Tools, by mistake. How do I get this long list of Downloads back? Simple info, please.

The list cannot be recovered once it is cleared. However all downloads are in the folder where you specified your downloads would go to, usually the Downloads library.
