Can anyone here give an Eagles fan some sort of positive explanation and encouragement towards 2016?

Doug Pederson? He has a 3-14 career record as a QB. Fine...he is a better coach than player. Chiefs offense was 21st, 25th, and 27th in yards gained under Pederson. They are actually getting worse every year under him!. Passing yards...24th, 29th, 30th!. Should I feel good that he doesn't even call offensive plays in Kansas City? Andy does that. Is this guy even remotely close to being ready to being an NFL head coach? I'm sure he is a nice guy like all the reports say he is. And to think it came down to Pederson and Tom Coughlin? WTF are you thinking Jeff Lurie? We haven't won a playoff game since 2008! And the sad part is we actually have had hope of going deep into the playoffs in almost every year since 2008. If Pederson fires DC Bill Davis then I will have a glimmer of hope

Doug Pederson is a protege of Andy Reid, the same coach who had a ton of success in Philly. They're trying to go back to what worked in the past. I don't think 2016 will be a good season because of how gutted Chip left the roster, but that doesn't mean Pederson won't be a successful HC in Philly.

  • I can't give you any. Eagles will get swept by the entire division and go 3-13.

What sucks is that they won't even get a top 5 draft pick in 2017 since they'll trade their first rounder to pick up a benchwarmer.
