Stomach pain because of one sip of bacardi?

i dont drink at all. just yesterday evening around 4 i had a sip of bacardi. and today in tge morning around 6 30 i had such stomach pain that it woke me up. could it be the bacardi? i had a sip raw and i am not used to drinking at all. first time.

    It's all in your head, or from something else. One sip of rum is not going to give you stomach pain, either immediately or the next morning or a day later.
