How is my second interview going to be different from my first?
I had my first interview with a company and it went well. It was a phone interview. I will soon have a skype interview and I was wondering how is this one going to be different. How are the questions different?

Phone interviews are initial screening type of questions, certain answers could make or break you...the Skype interview is the real deal, this is where they ask you real interview questions. Look on line at job interview questions. They vary from employer to employer, we have no way of knowing what questions they will ask, it's always best to be prepared and confident in your answers. First, they will be able to see you so dress nice, make sure your hygiene is good, get a good night sleep. They will be evaluating your facial expressions as well as your answers.
