Do all dentists accept ppo insurance plan types?

    No. Only dentists who are signed up as PPO providers for a certain insurance company are PPO providers. A dentist could be signed up with no PPOs, one, three, eleven, or twenty-four. A dentist can be a PPO provider for as few or as many insurance companies as s/he wants to be.
