A camera.
Everything else is dependent on the season, what part of the state you are visiting, the weather, and what you want to do.
If you go in winter, bring warm winter clothes. Bring a bathing suit if you are going to some place like Chena Hot Springs.
In the summer, you want to have some warm clothes too. Anchorage doesn't get much about 70 in the summer. Even in the interior, where it can get into the 80s, it still gets a little chilly at night. Bring something in case of rain, too. If you want to go hiking, bring hiking boots and a water source (and pick up some bear spray, too).
