Is it truancy for students to....?

Finals are coming up and schools let out around 11AM instead of the normal 3PM. My question is it legal for students to go around town and places right after they leave school at 11AM? No classes will be missed since schools was let out early. So will the police do anything if they see students walking around the city. Does this count as truancy or is this perfectly fine?

    It's not truancy if the school lets you out early. Wander around all you want.

    You can go to another country if you wanted to. As long as your school actually did let you out early you can go where ever you want
