Com.android.systemui has stopped. Help?

I have a Galaxy Tab 4. All of a sudden this message pops up and won't stop. I've googled, and it tells me to go to Settkngs>Applications>SystemUi and clear the cache. However there is not a SystemUi to tap and clear. Help?

    Look under all apps or running apps

    Have you tried restarting the phone?
