Thinking about moving from USA to England?
I'm 17 from the US, and really wanting to move to England. Liverpool to be exact. For those that have done this move before, what do I need to know, do before taking another step? I wouldn't move until summer of 2017 but want to prepare. What is the cost of living or living conditions like over there? Thank you for the answers

You'll need a visa allowing you to do that. Unless you are a multi-millionaire investor, a world-famous soccer player, or have a PhD in a STEM field, I wouldn't know how you can get such a visa.
Pretty much the same as a Brit who would want to move to the United States.

You need to go there and spend a few months before making a decision to move there permanently. While you are there, you can work on answers for your questions.
