Can a phobia be disgust instead of fear?

I've always thought that holes (or things that look kind of like holes, such as little bubbles) look really disgusting, especially if there are a bunch of small ones. I can't stand to look at them but I just get a really intense feeling of disgust, not fear. I heard of trypophobia (defined as the fear of holes) recently; is that what I have or would I have to be actually be afraid of them? If I don't have a phobia, is there a word for being really irrationally disgusted by something?

I have trypophobia, and you described my situation exactly. A phobia doesn't have to be a fear, but it usually is.

I have no idea but YOU ARE NOT ALONE. The disgust can be so servere that it won't leave your mind, give you goosebumps and you can focus on anything. Very disruptive. I have the same feeling about small holes. Ugh idk what it is but it's awful
