No, because it's grammatically correct and correctly punctuated, although I'm sure I used to know a better definition of a run-on, which this fits, of a sentence that starts with one thought and then suddenly changes direction and says something completely different, like a woman rugby player grabbing the ball from her opponent and running down the field and scoring a try, winning the match and the admiration of teammates and fans alike.

Try this:
Equal work for equal pay is real world example of inequality of men and women. Women like Juliet, that are more masculine than some men are considered unequal with men.

No, but it could easily be broken into smaller sentences that were easier to read.
