How to get your parents to let you grow up and give you more freedom?

you are how old? You alone are allowing your parents to still control you. Stand up for yourself get a job get out. I would normally say their home their ruled but you are 3 full years past being on your own. Work even part time get a car and stop depending on them for being. What is stopping you form moving out with room mates? Most people your age have had a part time job for at least 5 years. Get on with life. Tell your parents they have trained you well now you need to be able to use what you have been taught. grow into your calendar age. It is not them not letting you it is you not letting you.

(I'm 24 and my parents still won't let me do anything.) What is your problem? Move out as they have no say but as I said what is your problem? You don't want rude comments, I bet you get them as this is a vey bad question to ask at 24.

Move out and get on with your own life and become independant

Talk to them respectfully about it. I am 47 and my mother still nags me on occasion (not a lot). However it is so much less then when I was 24.
