The issue of Cruz's eligibility, given where he was born, is a legitimate legal question. That was never the case with Obama, despite the claims of Trump and others. My reading of the law leads me to conclude that he is eligible. But I'm not a lawyer or a constitutional scholar, and there is disagreement even among such experts.

Nobody is questioning Cruz's birthplace. Calling them "birthers" is stupid. We all know he was born in Canada and his parents never got him a consulary birth certificate.

Truth Seekers works, we have a person now who wants to destroy this Country and need a certified American, Cruz has duel citizenship but that may be acceptable and needs to be ruled on by the courts.

People who don't want any question marks hanging over a candidate.

The candidates in the past, who were not born in the states, were born on military bases who are considered American soil .
