The typical treatment protocol depends on which disorder the person has. You often will need exercises to help teach empathy and vital social skills you may not possess on your own. The best way is by simply talking about why you may feel this way or what occurred in your life. Psychopaths are born this way so they can't help it but they do often come from broken homes.
