How can I use up "spoiled" milk?

I don t want to throw out the milk that s beginning to spoil, so what can I use it in, besides pancakes?

    You may want to check online as there are many recipes for sour or spoiled milk besides for pancakes.

    Seriously Charles? Toss it man, you maybe serving someone made from that spoiled milk, that just might seriously affect him or her. To play Russian roulette.

    I normally use 'just turned' milk to make bread, it works just like using buttermilk or yoghurt in the dough.

    Apparently you can make cottage cheese with it- never tried this!

    Seriously, throw the milk away. Milk is very inexpensive, and you run the risk of making yourself sick. I am all for saving money where possible, but not at the risk of getting ill.

    Pour it in a glass and give it to someone and tell them it isn't spoiled.

    You should throw it out. It's growing bacteria in there that you don't want in your body.
