Why does the right side of my stomach hurts?
It's only hurt once and awhile? It doesn't hurt when I push on it. What could be wrong?

The stomach is a large area. Where on the right side? Quite low, an inflamed appendix could cause this--not always a cause for alarm if this is the entirety of symptoms. A little higher, that could be the ovary that's ovulating, which causes tenderness for a few days in between periods. Higher, your gall bladder could be the culprit.

If the pain does not go away within a few hours I would suggest seeing a doctor it could be your appendages
