How can I get myself into a proper morning routine?
Mine just seems so long. It typically takes me a good hour and a half to get out the door. I have ADD, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I don't know. Can someone help me figure out what I should be doing? I'll make a list of what I need to do every morning.
Wake up
Go to the bathroom
Splash warm water on my face and put on a little eye cream
Make bed
Check emails/social media (I know they say don't do that so early but I am in college and I'm mainly checking to make sure I didn't get an email about class being cancelled. or something)
Make breakfast and tea
Eat breakfast and tea/take vitamins
Stretch
Back workout (I have a bad back, I was given a short daily workout for them)
Brush teeth/mouthwash
Makeup
Do hair
Get dressed
Gather my things
Head out

Everything in your routine seems relevant to me, except for social media. I would suggest doing that last, if you have smh time left. Also, if you find yourself running late, cut back on the makeup, and if you aren't already, prepare your outfit the night before. Also, I completely with the first answer, about making a playlist. It's a great idea. I hope this helps!

Make a playlist!
How long do you think that your routine will take your morning time?
For example... 3 minutes to wake up and go to bathroom. When the song starts playing you have to wake and go to bathroom, and by the end of the song you've already move to your other routines. Make notes in which song where you start working out and such. It really helps me in the morning

I agree 100% with what 白雪 said.
If I could add a few more ideas?
-Check only your email and whatever is absolutely important. Save the Instagram and Snapchat for later in the morning when you have free time. Maybe at lunch? On your commute to school/work?
-You can also prepare things the night before i.e. your outfit, prepare a breakfast smoothie, shower at night and you could even style it the night before. Check out youtube there's a ton of tutorials on getting overnight curls.
Also make sure your bag is packed and everything laid out on a nightstand ready for you to simply grab
-Keep the makeup look simple and quick, add eyeliner and whatnot later in the day to save time in the morning?
