Well, yeah.
Sleeping is skirts is actually not all that comfortable as they can ride up or get caught on things and if they're longer you can fall out of bed if you get tangled up in it (eek)
I'm a woman and I sleep in pyjama trousers all the time.

The commonality is they are both sleeping in clothes so = no difference.
