what programmes can i get to turn my pc nto a castle from keyloggers and people tracking it via ip adresses and stuff?

Hi.

I have reason to believe people are tracking and following me and they are very good at it..

what programmes do you reccomend to make me safe..

i tried key scrambler but i dont think its working right with my chrome
