Does The BIBLE say that there will be ranks in Heaven?

I know that the 13th book of the Left Behind series says that there will be, because in it king David is appointed as the prince under JESUS, the priests are under David, then is everyone else.

But does this carry on into Heaven, or is it only for the 1,000 years.

Yes. Hierarchy is found throughout the scripture. God the Father is known throughout the bible as "the Most High God". This suggest that he is the highest of all.

Looking throughout the Bible, there is ample evidence for gradient ranking in Heaven.

Matt 5:19 "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

An other obvious example is the 144,000 that will rule and reign with Christ. (I'm not a JW, and it doesn't mean what they thinks it mean)

The fact of the matter, the 1000 years in heaven we will never reach because in heaven there is no time, time does not exist that is why once you are saved you can not loose your salvation, and only a true believer can become saved or God chosen, and you will know if you are God chosen if you do the will of God and the will of God is to be obedient to God word the bible only, nothing else.

The book (Left Behind) is a book of fiction. Why use it as a guide for living?

Obviously not, the first shall be last, and the last first implies total equality.
