Why do my moms nails break on the side?
My moms nails constantly break on the side below the top. Every time it grows it breaks. Is she missing something in her diet? It's really bothering her that she can't grow her nails long. Please help us! Thank you! The link is a picture of her nail.

She might be biotin deficient. She probably needs to have more biotin in her diet to strengthen her nails. Good luck.
