Amazon ripped me off they told me the item I returned was not the Xbox?

I don't know how I can proof this to you I just hope you can believe I returned my Xbox and they told me what they receive was not the Xbox. I freakin return the Xbox everything Amazon chat closed chat told me I can only email them because I contacted them a lot . What legal actions can I take they won't direct me to a supervisor they said this is what he will say.
