Real Estate: Buyers Excuslive Agreement?

I am new to the real estate business as a realtor. The company I am working with does taxes. They have a client who is looking to buy a house. This client however is currently working with 3 other agents. I am to meet up with these clients on Sunday. Should I have this client sign a Buyers Exclusive Agreement? If yes, what can I do to convince them to sign such agreement? Any advice?

If they told you that they are working with other agents, they most likely wont sign this agreement. I never have my clients sign. However, you do have a huge risk that they will buy through someone else after you have shown the homes.

Just ask them to be exclusive, and assure them that you are able to show them any home they wish.
