Can i use my Wireless Router after removing the antenna?

I mean will it still give some range(1 or 2 rooms) if antenna is removed. It has no internal antenna...

    In general: no.

    In your specific case: try it. Worst that could happpen is that you might kill the amplifier stage of te RF transmitter.

    In practice: I work a lot with Bluetooth systems. In our case, removing the antenna doesn't kill anything - but the range goes down from across the office floor (>10 meters, several walls, lot of interference) to about a hand's width (~10 cm).
