My internet gets addnormally slow around 12am It last for about a hour I drop from 60 mgbs to about 0.5 mgbs

What website and what time zone? Once it's about 8:00 in LA YouTube gets really slow.
It's also possible your computer schedules updates and virus scans at this time which would slow down your browser.
Next time it happens go to speedtest.net and make sure it's the connection not the computer.

Maybe your provider scales back after midnight for their own maintenance while most of their customers are sleeping
