Car Problems Help With Insurance N Payments .?

I recently got my license suspended and I am financing a car. I called to turn it in but the bank said that will make my credit back and reposing is bad also . So , then now I got to pay for something I can't use which is the car but I live on private property in Georgia. If I'm not driving the car do I still have to pay Insurance If NO BODY drives the car. I'm not risking jail time .

    Since the car is financed the bank will probably require insurance on the vehicle for the entire length of the loan.
