What happens if you’re a insecure creditor in a bankruptcy case and the judge approves your claim? How long it takes for payment to be reached to you ?

My employer filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and I had a discrimination case against them? What happens?

I was leaving Walmart on a rainy day. After loading groceries my passenger and I got into my car. After checking all mirrors and looking back I proceeded to move my car back out the space. Suddenly a car from the opposite side of my parking row and I struck. I was completely yet almost out and the other car was almost out not completely and the woman jumped out the car. And pushed a car. She said she stopped her car to move a buggy. I believe she was in the parking space but not fully in the space and notice a cart that would potientially prevent her from moving her car all the way in. By that time I'm heading out and she's backed her car out same time and ran into me. When you are driving down a aisle you have the right away and parked cars have to watch out. She tried to do a combo which was park reverse and move a cart as if she still has the right away and ended up hitting me. Once you are in a spot whether your incompletely or half way in if ur idea is to move something and in order to do so you have to reverse you no longer have the right away because now reversing puts you in jeopardy To hitting people and cars like me? The question is whose at fault even tho it's 1 sided . I am just wondering .

Hey I'm a 21 Yr old who is a manager . I do a lot of lifting and a lot of movement at my job. I didn't get my menstraul last month in (may). My doctor told me I have high levels of testerone and or I think it could be stress ? Lately for 4 days u had tenderness under my right breast and now I feel a knot. I recently got my license suspended and I am financing a car. I called to turn it in but the bank said that will make my credit back and reposing is bad also . So , then now I got to pay for something I can't use which is the car but I live on private property in Georgia. If I'm not driving the car do I still have to pay Insurance If NO BODY drives the car. I'm not risking jail time .

I fianance a 2007 Grand Prix. When I got it everything worked well but months later when I turn it on sometime it turns on but won't move when put it in drive or some times well in a drive thru I'll have my foot on the brake and it will just stop working but car is on so I have to re crank. What could be the problem I'm ready to give the crap back

Impression:Minimal discogenic degenerative disease.
