CAR PROBLEMS URGENT !!?

I recently got my license suspended and I am financing a car. I called to turn it in but the bank said that will make my credit back and reposing is bad also . So , then now I got to pay for something I can't use which is the car but I live on private property in Georgia. If I'm not driving the car do I still have to pay Insurance If NO BODY drives the car. I'm not risking jail time .

Talk to your insurance agent. In some states you can get a cheaper rate. Insurance rules change a lot from one state to another.

You can sell your car back to the dealership. You'll take a loss on it.
