Jeep Wrangler or Dodge Challenger and why?
These are both favorites of mine and would be a daily drive with 1 toddler in a car seat in either could be a pain but I'm willing to deal with that. I live in pa and snow storms happen a few times a year from a dusting to a foot or 2 of snow. I know both vehicles are very different classes and types etc but I'm curious on others opinions on a wrangler vs a challenger and why? Asks daily driver all year round
2door wrangler ( 4door if wife lets me as she wants one) or a challenger sxt or rt preferably
Pros and cons of one over the other if possible

It's horrible that you would even be thinking about an unreliable, unsafe Jeep Wrangler when you have a toddler. A Challenger would be a better choice but it's not that reliable either and why would you want to drive around with a toddler in this kind of car ???????????? You come across as a redneck irresponsible parent.

Call your INSURANCE AGENT. Ask if either causes higher insurance as Challenger high
performance Muscle Car rates VERSUS Wrangler 4-wheel drive, off road capable rates.
While you make the payments you must also pay "full coverage" insurance.
Years ago I bought a USED Fiero and my Insurer asked "Basic or Sport model; 4-cylinder or
6-cylinder?" YOUR RATE on the Challenger may vary if there are Engine options (4,6 or 8 cyl)
and the Rate for the Jeep as a "Special Use" vehicle may be more than a 2-wheel drive.
AT THE Jeep DEALER if you can find a 4-door at or near the 2-door price TAKE the 4-door!
Considering Pennsylvania weather while you're "shopping" investigate "after market" options;
specifically IMPROVED added undercoating UNDER the vehicle.
EXPERIENCE should have taught you that you WILL NEED to wash out road grime and
anti-icing chemicals that splash up and stick to the vehicle at least monthly to prevent
corrosion so you'll get LONGER USE if you buy added permanent weather-proofing. Once
it's on there MAKE Sure you get value for it when you eventually "trade in" the vehicle.

The Wrangler is a harder ride. Having a 2 dr car with child is not a problem, maybe easier not to have to open a back door, just put the seat back forward.

Both are terrible choices for daily drivers, but I'll pick on the Challenger a bit.
I see plenty of young people driving them around in winter, covered front-to-back in road salt and grime. I want to punch them. Seriously.
The Challenger has plenty of room, don't get me wrong, but not for a car seat and a toddler. And trust me, you WILL grow tired of bending in and out to get the kiddo out of there. It's a terrific 2nd car or "garage queen", but a terrible daily driver during 4-5 months out of the year. It's hard to see out of, too.
(*I live in PA, by the way, and have attached a pic of mine. It NEVER leaves the garage during bad weather.)
