The liberals of the 70's were about love, compassion and understanding. Are today's liberals intolerant of these values?

Today's Liberals are Atheist Progressive Fascist. They have nothing in common with the 70's Flower Children who are now Republicans.

In the 70s, liberals were color blind, gender blind, religion blind, sexual orientation blind. Put the best qualified person in the job. Well, let's put up with a little affirmative action to level the playing field, but just as a temporary measure. Today, they've forgotten all that blindness stuff and want micro-managed diversity programs.

As a hippie from the 70s I still have to say we embrace love, tolerance and equality. I believe Republicans and conservatism play an important role in keeping American politics competitive. Not all Liberals are uncompromising elitists.

I dont know who you refer to, so I cannot answer. I can say that Bernie has those values. He's the only liberal I know about.
