lung cancer cells diagnosed?

is it possible to inject cancer cells in a humans body and they will be diagnosed with cancer ? can they be treated ? will it be showen in test that it is injected, does the person who injects the cancer cells into the body should he directly into the organ ? and is it possible to actually inject any type of disease in someone ? could it be a type of treatment?

    It has been shown that cancer cells are no more readily tranrplanted than non cancerous cells.

    However, if the donor is a close match to the recipient or has compromised immunity it can, rarely, occur.

    Among the many sick experiments conducted by the Nazi's they demonstrated that tumors could not be transplanted.

    And no, you cannot inoculate (protect against disease) by transplating tumor cells.
