I have read online that it's healthier to sleep 6 hours or for my age (18) 8 hours or more. they say sleeping less than six hours is probably a symptom of diabetes. I want to know if it counts as 6 hours or more sleep. I sleep at 11pm I wakeup at 1 am, and I stay up I sleep again at 3am for three hours again and I wake up again does it count six hours sleep! if not how can I fix my sleeping It seems that I always wake up after few hours! is it healthier to sleep straight 6 to 8 hours or breaking it down.

Hello, I m thinking to get into law school as soon as I graduate I have a couple questions I need answers to, what I meant by how law school works? do you study general law in school or you pick a specific major for example - majoring in crime law, or other laws.

Last year I kinda said something rude online indirectly about my stepmom although she didn't do anything wrong at all but I've been going through alot and my step sisters found out and made a big deal we faught and we drifted apart for a couple of weeks maybe a month or 2 and I apologized to my stepmom and I apologized to my stepsister but for both my step mom and sister the apology was more like "sorry" and leave. Months later we I faught with my mom and I needed a doctors appointment so I had no one but my stepmom and I guess from the apointment thing till now the relationship between me and my stepmom is really good we started to get close and stuff and she started to take care of me but it wasn't like before and my stepsister was more like being nice to be because like family is around and like when I ask her to hang out she's always busy , when I add her she decline my request , she keeps blocking me everywhere and I really miss her and its been a year now and she doesn't want me around and I don't know what's wrong with her.
