im scared to use a night guard?
i started to notice that i grind my teeth at night. i got a cheap pair of $20 night guards but im worried while im sleeping that it will come off and i will choke on it. they stay on well if im not moving my mouth and tongue around but im still worried

If they cover your entire mouth. u csn't choke on them. too big to go down throat.
