i started doing weighted push ups for the first time. i got 20 pounds worth of weights put them in a backpack with blankets covering them. i did about 30 pushups, when im done my tailbone starts hurting,

a few hours goes by and my left butt bone starts hurting a lot, even more than my tailbone and the tailbone pain is gone.

there's a lot of construction around me, jackhammers and crap is loud, I put my headphones on and i normally listen at 6/10 max but this time because the background noise i had to listen at 9/10 which is insanely loud if there wasn't any background noise. is it a bad thing to listen to music really loud around loud background noise?
