butt bone started hurting after workout?

i started doing weighted push ups for the first time. i got 20 pounds worth of weights put them in a backpack with blankets covering them. i did about 30 pushups, when im done my tailbone starts hurting,

a few hours goes by and my left butt bone starts hurting a lot, even more than my tailbone and the tailbone pain is gone.

please help!

    Normal to get aches and pains due to workouts, especially when stepping up intensity, or trying a new exercise for the first time.
