Are there still any countries paying off WW2 war reparation debt?

Germany seemed to be the starter of WW2, are they still paying off their debt along with what is now known as Russia?

Yes, Russian-German relations are actually at a bit of a standstill right now due to Germany refusing to pay some of the remaining war reperations iirc.

Russia on the other hand has still not returned any of Spain's gold which was sent there for safe keeping during the Spanish Civil War.

In 2010 Germany made the final reparation payment owed from WW1. In 1990 when West and East Germany reunited, they agreed to pay off the reparations still owed from WW1 on a 20 year payment plan. Germany made the final payment on October 3, 2010.
