Rape or drunk mistake? Already drunk, he gave me more at his (he wasn't drunk), woke up learning- not recall sex, unprotected, he came in me?

Before that, I now look back and think, that he wasn't meant to be in my life; as it was like he forced his way into my life....few evidences for that:

*He kept introduced himself to me at each quarterly tournament (one every 4 months about 2-3 times)

*He was in the background and he counted my poker chips for me those times

*Got me to add him on facebook after those 2-3 times

*When I spoke about being single and that eve/night I was already getting drunk, he gave me more drink at his, then I woke up knowing but not remembering him ******* me and unprotected plus he came in me to (I had 3 mini-flashbacks though as memory)

*Weeks later we had wine and he spoke hypothetically that in 4 years if we don't have a child, to have one together to give the world a talented, pretty, intelligent etc etc...child.

*He said he fell for me a few weeks after that and yet I can't believe I fell for him back ......it's no wonder maybe; as I am completly sober now and the dust has settled, considering our "relationship" was based mainly on drink.

.....but still, can anyone makes sense of this....did I go out with a rapist? or a creep? or stalker even? and why the hell did I fall for him back I don't get it! mind blown and shaken!!

Technically that's rape, if i'm understanding it correctly.

(you drunk) + (he sober) + (sex) + (no memory of) = rape

If you were drunk you were not capable of consent. Sex without consent = rape.

You need to go your doctor and get a date rape test done.
