Japan has always been old worldly about what they consider copyright product, for example Nintendo Japan wants anything not produced by Nintendo specifically removed from Youtube not understanding the modern age of advertising. There is of course limits, if NJPW sees full match cards being presented days after airing when they have a service then they have full right to strike them down. Same goes for World Wrestling Entertainment as well.
