I'm sorry but I think its ugly, maybe if you were paying 5 dollars for it you could consider it. But 30 bucks for that! And whose the girl on it? It would be a lot nicer looking if there wasn't some random cartoon person on it. She's a tween, not a child, this would be a perfect bag for a child but since she's a tween I think you need to go for a bag that is fun and funky (Like I love the stars and the pink on it) But also less childish. But if you know for sure this is something right up her ally then go for it. You know your niece a lot better then I do. I hope this helps!
