But, by the same token, if you think revenge is the way to build a strong and loving relationship .. you will never have a strong and loving relationship.

No, your bf might not able to afford to pay it off or it could put his drivers license at risk! Just because he`s been a douche you shouldn`t deliberately make him pay hundreds worth of pounds just because of something so little.
