friend doesn't keep his word what do I do?
Like today at school we were gonna meet up and he texted where am I? I tell him but then he says he has something to do but tells me "we'll link up after." I figure that we'll still meet up after whatever he needs to get done. I waited for 4 hours while doing other work and going to another class but I have heard nothing. It's clear he went home and didn't bother. And I couldn't bother texting to find out once again what happen. What should I do about it?

Get used to disappointment and people letting you down. It'll only get more and more apparent as you get older. The upside is you learn to be a lot more independent and self-reliant when you realize everyone is too preoccupied with their own life and their own problems to give two sh*ts about yours or anyone else's for that matter. Unless they're trying to have sex with the person.

Then he shouldnt be your "friend". You need to tighten your definition of friend. Friends arent people who just happen to like to be around you. Friends are allies. If you cant rely on him then hes not your friend. Ditch him.

What simmons said. What you do directly with them is nothing. It is not worth the psychic energy you would expend.
