Diarrhea in early pregnancy?

For the past year I've tried to get pregnant and this month I've been experiencing all sorts from being sick to Diarrhea so bad. Pink discharge and feeling sick aswell. But today I had Diarrhea so bad and I was bleeding but no more Than a pad full of blood

    I would be going to the hospital asap, that's a lot of blood to loose

    That's not a sign of pregnancy
