in a study with 5 scales of excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, which one should i use Mean? Median? Mode? can i use all?

hi im currently doing my paper and need your help. my study evaluates a program whether its excellent (5), very good (4) good (3) fair (2) and poor (1) , and had a survey with 399 respondents what will i use in my results will it be mean , median or mode...

i had a result with the median, its all 4. it is simply a whole number.. will i use mode? mostly 4 with few 5 still all whole numbers. or mean they have different values like 4.019 , 4.272 etc so which one should i use, can i use all of them in one research presentation, or some said i use median, some said i use mean... i dont know which one. pls help

    Mean is the most relevant, but median and mode might be helpful in certain situations, more just to say more people answered 4 than everything else.
