A simple way to get it without having to use the "product rule" is to rewrite

    5 sin(x) cos(x) as 2.5 sin(2x).

Then the derivative is 5 cos(2x).

    use sin(2u) = 2 sin u cos u

    this d(5 sin x cos x)/dx = d(5 sin 2x / 2) /dx = 5 cos(2x) /2*2 = 5 cos(2x)
