    Well, the Democrats started 'amending' the constitution by changing the meanings of common words. And when the Republicans started appointing judges who (like Bork) declared this Democrat practice to be nonsense...The Democrats went berserk...And now we can no longer agree on the meaning of 'is.' Good going Democrats, we now have written laws that are MEANINGLESS, as any Democrat can make a phrase (Congress shall make no law...or: Shall not be infringed) mean the OPPOSITE.
